General Terms & Conditions

233 bat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "233 bat") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between 233 bat and its users ("you", "member", "player").

By using 233 bat's website, app, or any of its services, you automatically agree to these terms. 233 bat reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are valid in both English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict, the English version shall take precedence.

Account Registration & Eligibility

At any time after registration KYC (Know Your Customer) You may be asked to submit proof of identity and address for verification. Withdrawals may be held until this process is complete. KYC verification generally requires:

• Scanned copy of National ID or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method used

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 233 bat:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, except in certain specific cases.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• 233 bat reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error due to a technical fault.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed before kick-off, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute over a score or result, 233 bat will refer to official sources as the final authority.

Maximum Bet Limit: Each market and event may have its own maximum bet limit, which will be displayed on the platform. 233 bat reserves the right to set or adjust the maximum limit on any bet.

Betting Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet must be submitted to our support team within 72 hours of the result being announced. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

• 233 bat does not charge any fees on deposits; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the deposited amount has not been wagered at least once.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

233 bat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: A minimum wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. This is typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Validity: Most bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once it expires.
• Eligibility: The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Bonus Bet Limit: A maximum single bet of ৳5,000 may be placed using bonus balance.
• Concurrent bonus: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

233 bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. If a member is suspected of abusing the bonus system, their eligibility for bonuses may be revoked.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 233 bat:

• Placing bets or operating on the platform using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Coordinating with other members to create artificial betting patterns ("arbitrage betting").
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a false identity or another person's payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

233 bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• Where directed by authorities or required by a court order.

Inactive account fee: If there are no transactions or logins for 12 months, an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month may be deducted until the balance reaches zero.
